My "me" time is everyday after the daycare kids leave....I sit on my husband's lounge chair for ten to twenty minutes with my feet up and a cup of coffee (that he brings to me).......sometimes close my eyes and even dose for a few minutes.

I too find it challenging to find time sometimes and I have no family or life for that matter, My work schedule is as fallows 2 weeks of 60+ hours and one week with 8-12 hours. It sucks on my 60 hour weeks I am lucky to make it to the gym but 1 day on my non work week I work out 2 hours a day almost. My gym time is my mode of relaxation so if I do not make it there I tend to get more and more crabby as the week goes on, but lately I have been forcing myself to go and unwind in the pool even if it is just walking 3 laps and then sitting in the hot tub for 20 minutes it is still better then nothing.

For me the only way I get any "ME" time is when I get to the gym for that 1 to 2 hours I make sure I do that @ least 2 times a week

Also get alittle time from thinking about all that must do in a day is on my walks with TYson (my dog) don't get to do that enough emoticon he only gets out to park now 2 to 3 times a week

I am a busy lady. I like to workout at lunch, it is my time. Also after work I take my puppy for a walk and it makes for a much calmer evening. emoticon
