I was way over on calories yesterday so tried to compensate with a little more exercise. Unfortunately scale still went up this morning. Yesterday I did 87 min cardio (elliptical, stationary bike, walking) and 15 min ab work.

I watched the Biggest Loser tonight and while I watched, I did an hour on my treadmill. Then I realized that I should do that whenever I watch TV. I'm going to try it from now on.

This is how to work the numbers!! Easy Style!! Ok I am sorry I did not understand the Challenge before but with the help of George I finally got it. I am a simple minded person what can I say... LOL Geowags wrote to me so that I can understand "Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:
5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop 60."
