I think keeping track of my food helps to keep me motivated. Hearing everyone else's stories also keeps me motivated. Going to the gym is not a big issue because I don't mind going to the gym. Time constraints are going to be an issue though when school starts back.

I think the thing that keeps me motivated is interaction with others that share the same goal. The more I am active on sparkpeople the more I WANT to work out. I dont have to push myself as hard or try and convince myself that I need or I want to workout. I actually have that desire due to others being so positive on sparkpeople.
This is a hard one for me due to my work schedual being so crazy! But I try to do 2 things. Go to the gym for at least 10 minutes and attempt to do something. If I still have no intrest of being there then I allow myself to leave. The other thing that keeps me comming is classes. I love the group setting put also know that I can opt out of everything if I choose. I personally feel most of the time I push myself harder when going to classes.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Since I workout after work, I usually change into my workout clothes at the office before I head out. That way, I have no excuse not to workout...I'm already dressed for it! Any other tips you'd like to share? :)
