Bad week for my afternoon workouts! So many things going on I get home too late to workout. I will try tonight, but again I have many stops on the way home. If I do get something in it will be Zumba, LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Last night I did the 20 minute Zumba workout, this morning I did a 45 min WATP DVD. No afternoon workout, hanging with the girls after work.
