Went for a 21 Min walk and bounced on a tramp for 10 mins on Sat. Went for a 20 min walk and bounced on a tramp for 10 mins on Sun. Went for a 20 min walk and an 84 min bike ride yesterday and went for a 20 min walk this morning

Yesterday was my "scheduled" gym day and I blew it off, just feeling tired and lazy. Today, I made up the missed day. I'm glad I did. It's a good feeling to know that I didn't blow my workout routine.

Anyway... 50 min. cardio and 50 min. strength.

Went to the gym again today. I actually jogged on the treadmill, something I thought I would never be able to do again especially following my heart surgery. I got 45 min. cardio and 50 min. of wt. lifting.

Today's workout after work! Going home for dinner & evening workout. Did 20 min strength this morning. More strength + cardio tonite (while watching some TV). Then bed!

This is how to work the numbers!! Easy Style!!
Ok I am sorry I did not understand the Challenge before but with the help of George I finally got it. I am a simple minded person what can I say... LOL
Geowags wrote to me so that I can understand
"Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop 60."
