my challenge is to work out everyday. just to stay moving. its hard for me to stay with it. i start out great and wham, i stop again.

My challenge is to drink all my water every day. I'm terrible at this so I carry a water bottle with me at all times.

My challenge is getting 8 hours of sleep a day. With all that is going on at work, I am not getting as much sleep as I should be.

This week my biggest challeng is going to be to make it through the week. The past two weeks have just been rough and needless to say right now I don't want to try and start anything as I am going on vacation starting saturday afternoon. week 1 I will be hanging out with some family. And week 2 is a 5 day long 300 mile bike ride. This was my challenge to myself last year, and I liked it so much I decided to try it again.

I've also been letting the treadmill sit idle and been working on both machines and the bars. When mixed together in a circuit so you can get your cardio in as well.

but my real challenge is to get back in here for more than just getting my points and reading..

Last week I conquered my fear of the weight room at the gym!!!! That was a big step for me and not even a big deal when I got in there!! My challenge this week is to get more strength training in!! What is your challenge and how are you going to conquer it?
