This week my biggest challeng is going to be to make it through the week. The past two weeks have just been rough and needless to say right now I don't want to try and start anything as I am going on vacation starting saturday afternoon. week 1 I will be hanging out with some family. And week 2 is a 5 day long 300 mile bike ride. This was my challenge to myself last year, and I liked it so much I decided to try it again.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
Last week I conquered my fear of the weight room at the gym!!!! That was a big step for me and not even a big deal when I got in there!! My challenge this week is to get more strength training in!! What is your challenge and how are you going to conquer it?
