I did something different yesterday which surprising worked up a nice sweat...I wore my iPod while playing Wii Bowling and when a dance song played I got my groove on. HHHHMMM, I may be on to something here!!! Well, this is the last work day for me in July...I did not work out four days each week, but I did manage to get in my minutes...after tonight I should have close to 950 minutes for the month (I pledged 720) so I feel real good about that. for challenging me.

I'm generally good on the days I'm off. The days I work though are a problem both exercise and food wise. 12-14 hour shifts definitely weaken my resolve!
Moving DS to Louisville, KY over the next couple of weeks. Next week we travel there to find him a place to live, hopefully close to the University/law school. I managed to book rooms at an Econo-Lodge that is supposed to have a workout room, so I should be able to log in some time while out of town.

Good to know I'm not alone. I have no trouble to get to my primary workouts which are my cardio rehab but on my "off" days when I am supposed to work out with Rhonda my treadmill, I have forgotten twice now.
Just came from cardiac rehab.

Don't fret, George, you're not the only slacker around here. We both need to get back on track.
Got a 60 min workout at the gym yesterday.

I've been slacking again. I did cardio rehab on Monday but yesterday I completely ignored Rhonda. I thought about it right as I was getting ready for bed last night. I was mad at myself.

I had cardiac rehab today after work in my new time slot. I knew there wouldn't be many people there and as Murphy's law would have it, the one machine I really wanted to use was monopolized the whole time.
Anyway, I got 45 min. cardio and 45 strength.

This is how to work the numbers!! Easy Style!! Ok I am sorry I did not understand the Challenge before but with the help of George I finally got it. I am a simple minded person what can I say... LOL Geowags wrote to me so that I can understand "Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:
5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop 60." See its simple, Karlyn
