That's right, there's always next month but don't wait too long like I did. I have been a member since 2006 and this is only the 2nd or 3rd time I've made my monthly goal. I hope to make it a regular thing.

Today I did a 20 min. workout on my treadmill.

I did 60 min. cardiac rehab on Friday and I did a 30 min. workout on my treadmill on Sat.

This is how to work the numbers!! Easy Style!!
Ok I am sorry I did not understand the Challenge before but with the help of George I finally got it. I am a simple minded person what can I say... LOL
Geowags wrote to me so that I can understand
"Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop 60."
