I have a fifteen pound bell sitting in my kitchen so when I am running between changing diapers (I have a daycare) and playing with the kids I can do a quicky workout.....will have to try doing an entire workout sometime. One of my moms uses her baby in a carseat like a kettlebell.....the baby loves it!!!
I have fallin in love with the kettlebell! It is the best workout I have found yet! I can walk away from a 10 min workout feeling every muscle in my body! I have managed to work up to 40 mins 3 times a week and I love every min of it! I finally found something that I look forward to doing... Never thought that would happen... Its great because you get strength training and a cardio workout! I just thought I would share my opinion on this subject! =)
