My schedule is a mystery even to me. My workout schedule depends on my work schedule and that can be crazy most of the time. So Basically it consists of cycle/spinning when I can fit it in, rowing at least 1 day per week usually, walking the track, running/walking on the treadmill, incline training, cable class, strength class, or swimming depending on how ambitious I am. One of my goals is to get back on a more stable schedule for workouts.
