The Wii opens up a whole new form of exercising. I especially like EA Sports Active More - which almost makes exercising fun. And on the hard level, the workouts get my heart rate up in the target range.

My schedule is a mystery even to me. My workout schedule depends on my work schedule and that can be crazy most of the time. So Basically it consists of cycle/spinning when I can fit it in, rowing at least 1 day per week usually, walking the track, running/walking on the treadmill, incline training, cable class, strength class, or swimming depending on how ambitious I am. One of my goals is to get back on a more stable schedule for workouts.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I like a lot of variety. With the exception of a 90 minute Tai Chi class I take, all my exercising is done at home. I rotate through several cardio and strength videos (via Netflix instant downloads) and a Wii game called Walk It Out is thrown in a couple of times a week.

On my days off I like to go to the gym. I divide my cardio time between the elliptical, the stationary bike, and walking the track. At least a couple times a week I try to hit the machines for strength training. When at home I usually do WATP.
