Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I've been active on SP but I recently got an email asking me to lead a new class and now I have been re-Sparked! LOL!!

I need to get moving and I remember this group as being a great motivating factor, helping me get up off the couch.

I know it's late in the month to be starting the challenge but I feel like if I don't do it now I'll forget to join in May and I don't want THAT to happen! So, keeping in mind that I have only a few days left in the month, here is my April goal:

10167 on my pedometer means I was moving it today! Yesterday, I logged in 8243, 3655 the first day of purchase, 3 days ago. I'm going on a cruise in 102 days! The numbers reveal the facts and my circuit training to firm me up begins tomorrow. Since I don't often go to the gym,I'm changing it up. I listened to a motivational speaker today, Jay Geier, who said "at the end of the day, it's all about how much have you changed." I'll just psyche myself up to be confident and move slowly and methodically through it all. I want my arms to be firm and sculpted most of all from the gym. I'm considering a trainer also in the future to really kick my but! I know I can do this. Something has clicked! Let's motivate each other to get it done!

This is how to work the numbers!! Easy Style!!
Ok I am sorry I did not understand the Challenge before but with the help of George I finally got it. I am a simple minded person what can I say... LOL
Geowags wrote to me so that I can understand
"Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop 60."
