Hi all,

So after my 12 hour shift I decided to go to the gym! I did a 30 minute workout there walk/running on treadmill and burned 423 then after I got home I went for an extremely awesome 5 mile hour long walk in the falling snow! It totally rocked. and my calories burned were 947.

1283 - 423 - 947 = -87

We did it!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't make the gym today. I spent 11 hours at work starting at 3 am. I am headed to bed in the coming hour or two; tomorrow is another 3 am day.....

So I kicked butt today and burned 2036 calories!!! Total for the week as around 4500!!! Sweet, I did not think I would even hit goal. I am tired now and need to rest!! Great job everyone!!

Today was another not so swell day. Simply think my body is sore from being over tired from working too many hours this week. Oh well one more 12 hour day left I did manage to get in a couple of little workouts today but nothing too impressive. 1583 - 300 = 1283 I am not sure if I can physically do that along with working 12 hours. Not throwing in the towel but not going to push too hard either as I don't want to be out next week! We will see how the ball rolls tomarrow.

1009 left!! I did not think I was going to make it but it looks like I will be able to clean house and ride my mountian bike tomarrow so I will hit goal!!

I was doing so good until I got that stupid sinuous/tension headache yesterday and it screwed up my system again did not sleep at all last night so I was still exhausted today and did not get in a workout. Hopefully tomorrow I will be right back on track. Might be hard to finish with 1500 left and 2 12 hour days ahead but I will sure try!

As much as I wanted to hit the gym today. I had to opt out. Just not feeling well at all. Have had a major tension headache. Could not see straight very nauseous. Am feeling a little better tonight but do not want to over do it and feel crappy tomorrow too.

Yesterday was my day off. I walked on the track for an hour amongst running all over the place at the clinic. So I am going to count that as 200 then I also did a cycle class. And burnt 712 calories for a total of 912 calories. Today I am not sure if I will get a workout in or not depends on how I feel tonight after work but right now I have a bad tension/sinuous headache and am nauseous due to it so am going to lay low this morning. 2495 - 912 = 1583

I went swimming before work for 30 minutes and went running for 58 minutes after work.

3094 - 902 = 2192

Ok I figured I need to burn 500 a day for 7 days. I am going to shoot for that but one 1000 calorie day so I can take one day off!!! I am thinking I will take thursday off. I just went for a nice walk!
