I feel the need to clarify what this challenge is all about. The goal of this challenge is to do 100 push ups non-stop. You take an initial test to see how many you can do with good form without stopping. From there, you are set up with a program geared for your current fitness level and it is a 6 week program 3x per week. Each day of exercise consists of 5 sets of push ups. There are 3 varieties of push ups to choose from, standard or military push up, "girl" push ups (on your knees), or wall push ups standing. You can monitor your progress on the website listed, or on the push up challenge thread. Hope this makes it easier to understand.
