You are all doing so well this month. I feel humbled and somewhat ashamed since I do little to nothing as far as working out. I have decided to get back in the game and have been chatting with Mary Kay (Littlesis21) about this challenge and have decided it might be fun for the whole team to do. I was going to wait until Feb., but decided that procrastination is my big downfall so the sooner I start, the better.
Anyway, there is a website that is totally free which lets you test yourself and from there based on your initial test, gives you a workout plan to follow and takes you from your starting point to being able to do 200 sit ups non-stop. It is a 6 week program done 3x per week and it is set up so that you can actually track your results on their website. I would also like to track it on our site so I will make a template that you can copy and paste into a message and fill in your results. Then when you exercise, you can edit your message to add your workout results as you go.
Of course this is not mandatory and if you don't want to participate you don't have to. I just thought it would be fun to exercise as a group. Here is the website: www.twohundredsitups.com/
