Hard going. Managed an hour on the stationary bike after a 6.5 hour shift where I didn't get to sit down once!

I made it to the gym tonight! Got the baby fed and my husband got home by 7! Yay. Walk/ran 3 miles, did some strength training. Very happy!

Walked with my husband after work for 30 minutes. It was cold but sunny and really enjoyed the walk, then I did some weight training in my basement for 15 minutes. My aim is for 45 minutes per day. I just joined this team and will rev up for the March Challenge.

Today is my first day doing this challenge. After work, I went to the grocery store to pick up a few things then when I came home I felt tired. But I did not give in! I finished cooking and hopped on my Wii fit for 40 minutes and burned 333 calories!!! I'm so proud of myself. I just have to keep pushing myself no matter how tired I am because my heart is thanking me for it now. :)

It was better than normal. I got off of work at 2am and went straight to the gym. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then did bicep curls, hip adduction, crunches and ab work out. Feel great!

I am beautifully and wonderfully made!!

I feel like my left arm is gonna fall off! I took my dogs for a walk after work; Freyja - a Norwegian Elkhound, and Hagar the Horrible - an Alaskan Malamute. Both dogs are sled/northern dogs and are bred to pull. WELLLLL, hence the sore arm. By the time we got to the home-stretch, both dogs were exhausted and I felt great! Guess who's more out of shape and who's coming with me next time!!

I was doing really good until I had to cut my workout 15 minutes short. Had to take son to church meeting.

My workout sucked today. I tried to push myself but just didn't seem to have the motivation. I still worked out but never reached that "work out high" that I usually get. Oh well. Tomorrow is a new day

I walked on the tread mill today for 60 minutes and managed to walk 3 miles in that 60 minutes. emoticon I'm also trying to add minutes to my elliptical training. I'm slowly getting there.

well, I have begun going to the gym for a 5:30am strenght and endurance class. Its great to get it out of the way.I know that we are suppose to work out after work, but this is also working. Whenever I can get it in. Today my workout was a beating! It was awesome!

I feel so old. I used to be able to work out for an hour. Now 15 minutes and my knees are achy. It's been a while since I've worked out so I guess I just need to get back into it.

I haven worked out yet, but I am planning on taking the pups for a walk bc it looks like it is going to be a beeeeeaaaauuutiful day! and then I am planning at least 30-45 mins of cardio at the gym. then I think I am going to push myself to try to bench press 40#'s. Also, if it doesnt rain, my cousin and I might drive up to this beautiful church and walk the trail they have there. there are a bunch of steps and I want to work on going up and down like a billion times!!! (well a billion is a lot, but... well, you know.)

got to the gym right after work and spent 20 minutes on elliptical on the weight loss option(love that) and burned some mega calories doing intervals of speeding up and slowing down every few minutes. And then did some strength training. Great workout!!!

I have been having a hard time getting to the gym because of my TOM. I have left work early every day this week so far super tired and in lots of TOM pain... : ( I even packed my gym bag and had it all ready to go in my car! A first ever!!! but i failed. I will get back on track. I think this torture should be over soon... : )

I had to meet my mom at the grocery store after work, but I decided to go to the gym anyway. I wanted/needed to get it in. I set up a manual program on the bike and increased the resistance by two every two minutes up to 6 and than back down. That was 15 minutes. Then I walked on the treadmill at an incline for 5 minutes and decreased the incline by 1 at 7.5 minutes and then down to 1% for the last minute. I worked a total of 25 minutes, which I feel good about because usually I would have just skipped out because of the store.

My workout was very productive. I added 10 minutes to my normal 30 minute workout. I also increased the intensity some on the elliptical machine.

After work, I went to the gym and rode about 3.45 miles on the bike. I was getting distracted so I ended the ride at 20 minutes. Usually I would have come home and taken a nap, but today it was different. I put in a workout DVD and did some upper body aerobics for 15 minutes. I felt good!

My workout today was AWESOME. I left the gym with my shirt soaked in sweat. Perfect start to an extended weekend thanks to the snow that is hitting us in MISSISSIPPI of all places. :)

I wanted to jog tonight for my usual hour but instead I used level "5" on my treadmill's pre-programmed Personal Trainer - I've not been above a 3 before today. 30 minutes of pure straining and sweating, but I got through it. Gonna sleep good tonight!

Oh I can not wait to get my wi!! It is one of my rewards but the only reason that I do not have one yet is because we are buying a home in a few months with a bigger livingroom and 2 extra rooms for workouts and wii for mii. Yesterday I rode my stationary bike for a while to test out my new hrm. INTENSE! I did a lot with dumb bells and some of the weight machines. Lots of various abs work. I didn't do much on cardio- just two 1 minute sprints on the treadmill.

Since I have less weight to lose this time around (trying to lose the last 10 instead of the last 35!), I am focusing more on getting STRONG so I'll burn more cals throughout the day.

The hubs is noticing in my legs and belly!

I had a good upper body workout followed by a jog on the treadmill. (Too cold for my liking to run outside today) But in the push up reps I was doing, I strained my left pec muscle so I did'nt do the workout as planned. I don't want to get behind on the new challenges that are posted- I am determined to do the full 6 weeks of all three!

After I read that I had to come home and go for a jog outside today- my gluts are hurting SO bad from yesterday I almost didnt go. Can barely get up and down the stairs at work without wincing in pain LOL!But I went for 2.8 miles-You are inspiring! emoticon

Great for you little Sis! I just got home from the gym! I did 60 minutes on the eliptical and 25 in the circut weight room! My truck is in the shop and it is raining good so I could not take my harley. :( The DH let me take his beloved truck. So I got it in. Hopefully I can pick up my truck in a few hours. emoticon I will go to the work agian tomarrow after work. I still have alot of minutes to get in this week. I can do it!! emoticon

I just completed my lower body strength training and I am soaking wet! Boy did that feel great!

Oh dang root canel and gym, you deserve a medal!!! This is great input all, today I am going to do 30 minutes of spinning and 25 minutes in the weight circut room!! emoticon

I've been trying to get 30-45 minutes in every day since the beginning of the year. So far, this week, I'm doing well. Last week I did well until I was rear-ended in a snow storm Wednesday night. With a stiff neck, I only managed about 10 minutes of light exercise for the next couple of days. It feels good to get back into the exercise routine again.

Today the work out was ok. I had a root canal done this morning so did not want to push it too hard, but still went to the gym and walked for a full hour before doing a cycle class.
