my goal for the week is to get back into the habbit of going to the gym with the evental goal of 45 minutes per day 5 days per week.

I am going to try and get in 240 minutes in the gym. My daughter has 3 basketball games this week so I don't know if I can accomplish that this week. I my have to try and get up early and get to the gym. The thing with that is that I'm not a early bird.

280 minutes- 70 minutes today=210 minutes left this week! emoticon

For example I plan to do 280 minutes.
Sunday -65 minutes that I did.
