Update: 5/45/900/720

I spent 3 hours on Saturday refereeing basketball games. I ended up running most of the time. It was intense but lots of fun.

no it is cool that you are doing it. I will probably hold off this month yet, but will try to stop in now and then. Between work, holiday, my bro's wedding and everything else that is going on I have found it hard to hit the gym or get a workout in for that matter. Keep getting tension headaches not sure if it is from being over tired or allergies. so hopefully in january I will join you again. Good luck every one. I will try to come in to cheer you on!

I hope no one minds if I start this up again, but I feel that I am in need of this challenge again.
