I am diet and exercise controlled Type II and finally (after years and several surgeries that made conundrums on my efforts)...losing some weight. Losing weight will help with so much: fbs, blood pressure, plus our general health and outlook in life! When I began I was 205 today I am 197.5...I just hate to share my weight as it still isnt a positive factor in my life but acknowleding it and my efforts to lose are good mind sets and less stressful too!

I am waiting out the plateau...I know it will break one of these days. I have been trying several things, but the scale isn't moving..
NO BIG DEAL!! I am healthier now than I have been in 30 years! I am not gaining anything, so am not discouraged.

Yup, the Healthy choice meals, etc. until you feel like cooking something healthy for yourself.

I know it is difficult to log sometimes. I find, though, that if I make myself do it then I do better. Glad to hear that you are exercising. There are some healthy alternatives out there if you don't feel like cooking. I like the Healthy Choice brand of meals. There are always ways. Good luck.

i have been a real slump so i have not been tracking my food so my calories are way out of wack. I am exercising though. It makes me feel good. It's just that i do not feel like cooking so i just grab something. I am getting help for the grief but it sure does take a tole on a person.
