Today starts the boot camp videos over from #1. Did anyone have any trouble with any of the videos? I enjoyed them ALL! Last Sunday I reported that I really liked the kickboxing, but now I find that out of the seven it's my least favorite.
I really like using the ball! That's new to me. Except I did some online research and found that my ball is two sizes too small for my height, so today I need to go to Target and find an appropriately sized ball. The one I have can go to school - it's a comfy chair for when we're sitting on the floor!!
For those of us doing the boot camp, KEEP IT UP! We're already in week 2!
I may try it, but it's going to be a couple more days; I came back to school with a horrible head cold on Monday, and I'm still having trouble breathing - so all of my exercise has been fairly slow the last couple days.

I have done the videos the last two days along with 1 extra ball work out video. I tried the 5 minute Core workout today - it is so tough to balance. Hopefully soon I will be a pro. I really feel a lot better. Good luck everyone!
I'm going to try it. I was in a Zero Weight Gain Challenge over the Holidays and tomorrow is weigh in time. I think I may have gained a little and want to get it back off quickly if possible. The boot camp will help for sure!
