Hi! I gained 72 pounds while pregnant with my youngest son. I lost 45 pounds using the Hungry Girl recipes. I wasn't working out yet, then I hit a plateau with my weight loss. I started working out using Turbo Fire. I'm here if anyone has any questions.
I'm 52 and have lost 72 pounds since October 2011 - so just about 9 months. I give the credit to Spark People and Weight Watchers with some Hungry Girl recipes thrown into the mix. I'm really amazed at some of the recipes Hungry Girl puts together. They are all generally easy to make and most have been really tasty.

I am connected to HG, and have been for 4-5 years! I have lost close to 40 pounds wiith SP since Aug 2011 and lost 60+ before that changing what I ate on my own....yep, that is 100 pounds! I have another 100 to go. Tracking on SP, I think is number one! Using anything that helps you...HG, WW, TOPS, etc. Only helps you more! Read books, magazines, attend meetings,etc Good luck...you can do this!
Hi. I'm new to this team and Hungry Girl. I am going to use Hungry Girl with WW and see if I can lose 100 lbs this way. Can you guys post how much you have lost and if you just used only Hungry Girl recipes or also used WW or some other weight-loss plan as well? I would like to make this a post that inspires others and I know you guys, who have lost weight will. Thanks.
