January is almost over and I was just wondering how it went. Did you make New Years Resolution? Are you still working toward a long term goal? Was work crazy?
I am really amping up on using spark people to lose weight and am trying the meal plan. I have not been doing great on the meal plan with my work schedule. I did not set a New Years Resolution as I never remember what it was by the middle of February. Just want to be healthier.
