I find that if I'm having a hard time getting motivated to really push myself during my workouts then it's time to change things up. I also like to run/jog each day, but it can get a little monotonous, and when it does I switch to interval training or speed work outs (I just google them -- they are so hard -- definitely make me miss my jogs). Once I've switched out for those two instead of the longer walk/jog for a week or so, it has made me faster and helped to give me a shot-in-the-arm for my usual routine.
As far as the late night snacking goes, maybe choose to have something super healthy if you feel like you have to have something (like steamed broccoli or whatever). Also, I think it's helpful to drink a bunch of water. Helps me feel satiated enough to sleep.
Hi Team. Recently I completed the 90 days, lost 40 pounds, and gained a ton of strength. It's been 2 months and I have gained 4 pounds. Sounds like not that much but I feel really stuck. Also I can't seem to get the fire going under my workouts any more. I'm still walking or jogging 4-6 miles etch day or cycling. I still have another 40 pounds to I reach my goal. During the day I'm great but find myself doing the late night eating thing again. I would love input from others. Thanks...Leath
