Remember, for cardio, during the day its cumulative, so if you can grab a break and walk 10 mins then lunch 20 mins then another break or right after work 10 mins you can get your 40-50 min in a day, hopefully you can thenn get some weight training in, I do circuit training at the gym, I do 10 min walk warm up then a 12 weight/machines 12 rep with no rest, then 7 min elliptical then 7 min tread and then another circuit, I can get it in a 50 min span, but I have the luxury of not having to rush back to work. But if you can do it a couple times a week and 1time during the weekends. Your all set.
