Not exactly but I don't eat meat so it does help. I'm not adverse to chicken and fish though on occasion.

Do some research on high protein foods as there are several articles on the site. In particular, there's one for vegetarians which has higher protein foods that are lower in cholesterol and calories, May help you increase your protein intake without ramping up the calories (that's if I've understood you right).

The article I'm thinking of is called 'How to meet your protein needs without meat'

What you say is what you get!

I usually don't do more than an hour at a time. But usually weights or other lower calorie burning exercises are not an issue. I can run for an hour 1-2 times a week and gross would be a bit over 1k burned net closer to 700-800 but I have trouble taking in a bunch more calories when I don't get to eat more fat, protein, etc. Any suggestions?

I workout at the gym on exercise equipment 3 times a week.
Same thing started happening to me, elevated hunger. Quick
Fix was time of day. I switched to working out in the mornings,
and by evening, I was already satiated by breakfast and lunch
meals.

I'm still learning here and I've integrated the food and fitness option for spark. I know it ramps up the number of calories when you go exercise but I guess I do "hit it" somewhat hard and my calories tend to hit 2800-3200 or so on harder workout days. It does seem a bit high?
