I am an elliptical girl, I have been doing 80 minutes on elliptical then do jillian body revolution. I am currently stills stuck in a plateau, but won't stop fighting.

6 miles of elliptical before work (45 minutes). 1 mile of elliptical during lunch (9 minutes)and hurt my knee. Switched to the stationary bike and did 5 miles (21 minutes) Chest and tricep strength training.
