...do some housework and it's laundry time! And, I'd like to get in a great dog walk this afternoon if the weather cooperates. We're supposed to get a rain/snow mix and they are already predicting the roadways to get slippery, so we'll have to see how the sidewalks are for walking!

go grocery shopping tonight and stock up on some apples, carrots, and Rotisserie chicken (my weekly staples). Possibly cooking the black and white beans I have soaked in a bowl overnight (might put it off 'til tomorrow so the beans can be extra soft).

Hi everyone,
I have been having some problems with my legs going numb. So I called the doctor yesterday and was told to stay off my legs until I see her on Tuesday. I am hoping that this is going to be a fast turn around and I can get back to working out. The nurse did say that I could walk, swim, or yoga for 30 minutes but no pushing , pulling or lifting greater than 10 pounds. So I guess I will put in walk away the pounds or biggest loser yoga and enjoy it.
