We all have those days! I think as long as we keep honestly tracking it will help! One day at a time! emoticon

Okay - so I blew it today and I blew it big time. But I , tracked every little bite (every unhealthy bite) - I am not in denial * I am not ashamed * and I will not make excuses. Tomorrow is a new day and I will start fresh.
