Good luck with your goals! I love to run, but have never tried a bike challenge, it sounds like you have time to get yourself ready for both races! My goals for 2013 are to run just a little faster. I have been running 3 times a week for a while now and my pace is always the same. So I'm going to challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone and up the pace. I'm using my nike running ap to help out :))
I'm a new runner and am just wondering what everone's goals are for 2013. I'm planning my first 5K in May with a 30 mile bike challenge in September. What about you?
