I am a retired business manager who loves to read, crochet, and everything else that doesn't require much activity LOL Needless to say, I have gained weight and lost mobility.
My current goal is to treadmill one mile a day for 30 days. I have met my goal today.
I estimate that to be about 3000 steps. Does that sound right for 2mph for 30 minutes?
