I don't have access to Skype while I am using the Elliptical but am more than willing to help encourage you, if you need.
I used to feel a lot like you. It was really hard to push myself when I first began. But, I began making little personal challenges with myself. When I began I had to force myself into completing 5 mintues. But after no time at all I was doing the same with 15 minutes. I am now completing 60 minutes at each session. The more you get on, the easier it is going to be. Soon enough you will be able to accomplish the longer sessions with increased resistance.
