Hi Brandi,

I don't have access to Skype while I am using the Elliptical but am more than willing to help encourage you, if you need.

I used to feel a lot like you. It was really hard to push myself when I first began. But, I began making little personal challenges with myself. When I began I had to force myself into completing 5 mintues. But after no time at all I was doing the same with 15 minutes. I am now completing 60 minutes at each session. The more you get on, the easier it is going to be. Soon enough you will be able to accomplish the longer sessions with increased resistance.

If you would like we can message one another how well we have done and keep one another motivated.

My name is Brandi ...I am looking for on line buddies who would like to Skype with me and work out at the same time!!! I just bought an elliptical machine which I just set up a few days ago and I cant wait to start using it on a regular basis lol! I have about 100 pounds to lose and I am more than ready to do it with your help! Heres the thing with meIf I am by myself I wont do it. BUTif I have a buddy or if I know someone is watching me I will push myself to get done what I set out to accomplish!!!To start I am thinking 15 Minute to hour workouts to start but eventually within 3 4 weeks I would like to be able to do 45 Minute 1 hour sessions!!! I work nights so my ideal times would be 6 00 am est - 8 00 est but am flexible and willing to do different times when you would be available. I want only those who are reliable and wont come up with a thousand excuses as to why they dont want to do it. Im hoping I can find a few people at least who think this is a good idea and are willing to exercise with me via Skype. Even if youre only available 1 day a week or 7 days a week I will be happy! Im not looking to go public or be on a tv show and I am also not into getting screamed and yelled at for motivation purposes.
