I think it sounds like a great idea. I have read numerous articles stating that you can break up your workouts into smaller increments as long as they're at least ten minutes and it also keeps your metabolism revved up. The most important thing is to remain consistent. Of course, if you are training for a race you would need to put some distance in all at one time but if its strictly for weight management/health then go for it. Best wishes in achieving your goals.
It's all good, whether all at once or separate walk/jogs. There is something to be said for revving up the heart rate multiple times a day. But however you do it, just keep 'er SPARKIN' and all will get better & better for you!

I was just wondering what your thoughts are if I walk multiple times a day trying to lose some weight? Like I walked/jogged a little over 2 miles this morning and I am thinking of trying to do at least another mile and a half on my lunch and maybe even another mile while cooking dinner tonight. Do you think this is beneficial or should all the mileage be done at one time?
