I have a treadmill and walk on it for 40 minutes everyday. I dont run because it is not safe for me at this time. If I run I have to run outside.

People think im crazy cause I do 2 and 3 hour walk run treadmill workouts but it is a great way of seeing if you are improving cause you know your speed hill pace and i like to play with the numbers to keep it fun....if you track your numbers and just go little harder each time before you know it you will be doing 7.0

I love the treadmill. I am good at 4.0 and running at 5.1 I ran the other day on 7.5 for 30 sec and brought it down every 30 sec for almost 5 min. Question is how can I continue that speed without feeling winded after a couple min and continue on 7.0 I see a lot of people do it.
