Welcome! I began by simply putting on a pedometer and watching those walking steps add up. It adds to the motivation and just by trying new exercises or machines at the gym, I found what works the best for me, so give a few different exercises, etc., a try and see what you feel.
I am looking to start a workout that gets me sweating. Elliptical for some reason make my hip hurt the next day so, I want to stay away from them. Can you tell me what you started with and how long you did it, and when did you know it was time to kick it up.
