I know my cousin in Dallas walks at 5 in the morning and it is still hot, but tolerable. I agree that early, hydration, and indoors when necessary. I have a neck cooler that does help a little and a hat that helps in the summer, but I live in the desert so humidity is not an issue for me.

I am all the way up in NE Pennsylvania, but we get some humid summers...I try to work out early in the morning or late in the evening when things cool off. If you can work out in a gym, or indoors where there is A/C that may help. Just stay hydrated!!
