I have the Vibram five fingers. They are great, but it took me time to adapt to them. So, my advice to you is to start wearing them for 15 minutes first, and then increase the time till they feel really comfortable. Also, always remember that even though they are great, they don't offer as mush cushioning as traditional shoes do. Hope this helps you in your quest.:)

(Sorry if this topic has been discussed already.) I've been looking into getting new running shoes, and I'm leaning towards barefoot running shoes. I'm SO intrigued by barefoot running. I'm looking at Vibram FiveFingers and Fila Skele-Toes, so I'm looking for some feedback, or any other shoes I should consider.
