I don't know if this is the right spot or not, but I did try a different workout today with treadmill, I did 18 min and mixed it up with pushup (wall) an crunchs and another 18 mins.
the workout felt great and leg did not cramp up on me after a day of rest. please let me know where to log in. thankyou emoticon

this will help my new challenge.
