Wow, what a great workout, for just getting started! Have you been exercising all along & just joined SP, or are you brand new to working out? If you're new to exercising, a word of caution...don't overdo it at first (like I did), because you can set yourself up for injuries (like I had...hurt foot). Welcome to the group!
Hello, I am just getting started and it feels good so far. Today I walked up hill on the treadmil for 35 minutes at the rate of 3.5 and workout on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. I plan to do this all this week and next week try to complete 45 minutes on each.
