I've been jogging/running for about 12 years but since about a year and a half ago or two, I can't get passed a half hour, if that, of jogging/running because I get a sharp pain on my knee and it won't go away unless I sit for a bit. Lately, even with power walking it happens. Anyone else experienced this before? I did go out for a Spring run right after winter and didn't warm up (I know that was stupid) but it all started since then. Any tips aside from going to see a therapist?
