Oh yeah...MOST agreed too!
It's been a frustrating winter here in the Binghamton, NY area as my preference during nice weather is to be out on my bike. This year I prepared for the winter months, during which I don't ride (hate bundling up to ride a bike!) by finally buying a used cross country ski set up.
So *of course* we get a totally dry winter with only ONE DAY of cross country skiing so far for me to enjoy!
But even though most of my workouts are indoors this time of year I find that I just MUST get outside for a walk / jog at LEAST once a week or I start getting terrible cabin fever and my indoor workouts get really "blah!" I'll often grab my Nordic Poles to get in some upper body work as well when I head outside.
