Hello out there, I've completed my 1st month with Spark People.I've lost a ceritfiable 2 pounds and will measure inches lost in the morning. I just took a glance at this site because with my schedule basically I've been using the treadmill and just added strengthening exercises with light weights. This is where I need to be; on this team. i checked you guys out for just a few minutes and I realize that you will motivate me to get more weekly minutes in. So look for my rantings and ravings and help a sister out.
