To SP!! as always the more the merrier for SUPPORT for all!!Sounds like you are doing the right thing ! Walking is the best exercise to get,Ilost mostly all my weight by walking! When on your mill add incline to your walks,you will burn more calories and get a better work-out!! But in time you will be busting out more miles! Hi, hope you don't mind if I join. My New Year resolution is to walk more and I have a treadmill. I need the encouragement!! I also belong to the Walk Across America forum. My goal is WA. I walk one mile during lunch everyday, walk my dog Butch (black lab ) for one mile on the week ends, if the weather is good, and I'll start to use the treadmil after work for one hour while I watch repeats of Crossing Jordan! Wish me luck !! Gerri
