Yesterday I walked on the treadmill for 25 mins.
Today I will only be walking for 15 mins. I have to squeeze in a walk it's gonna be a busy day.

Well I got my five miles in today took an 1 hour and 45 Mins got the 10K steps. Tomorrow is the bike and weights same time frame so I guess I can count that as 10K steps.

It's odd I'm not losing much weight but my clothes are loser fitting now

It's funny I don't have clue of how to determine the number of steps I did 6 Klms on the tread mill 90 mins. 12 miles on the bike, does that count toward steps? 45 mins weight lifting. This is the workout program I try to do daily. It's a lot so sometimes I need a day off.
