30 minutes on the treadmill on Monday, then just 13 on Tuesday. I was so tired I fell asleep in the recliner while I was writing in my blog. I made myself get up and do "at least 10" minutes then went to bed early. For some reason I woke up about an hour early for 2 days in a row and it caught up with me yesterday! Also I substitute taught so didn't get the walking in during the morning which is what works best for me. I'm substituting today too, but I slept well last night and should get home a little earlier so plan to do 30 minutes this evening.

Wise choices each day will get me where I want to be.

I walked on the treadmill 25 minutes a day for 6 of the 7 days last week. Today I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes in the park, and probably 10-15 minutes in the mall. It was a beautiful day out today and very motivating!
