I just set my incline @ 10 all the time.
Probably should mix it now & then...

Are there any other runners here that do their hill workouts on the treadmill? I kind of prefer it because I can practice on different inclines.
If so what kinds of workouts do you do?
Lately I've been doing 3 x 1/2 mile at 6 incline and 6 x .25 mile at 8 incline and walk in between intervals, though I want to mix that up.
