Welcome to the group Aishlinn, it's great to have you. When you get going come over to the challenge and start going at it. If your just starting I recommend challenge #1, because it helps newcommers to get into the groove. The second challenge is for bulding up on waht you already started.
Hey everyone. I have just joined Spark and due to just getting myself a treadmill thought this would be the place to be. I am aiming for 3 times a week at 30 mins ... will start tonight and see how it goes
