We are a pretty laid back group on this team and I apologize for not realizing sooner that people might be actually posting in the Guidelines. I have created a new Forum so that new persons checking us out do not have to scroll through posts to find out the guidelines. Once again I apologize to the people that were upset by the posts and hope that this helps to clear things up.
These are the rules for blogging on this Team (do not comment, just read!) If you have any questions, please feel free to join in on the Chit Chat lounge and ask them there or send one of the team leaders a message. As two of us work full time, it may take a day or two to get an answer to you, but be assured that we do read your posts and messages. Most times by asking in the Chit Chat lounge, who ever happens to see your post will help you out.
I'd like to encourage/challenge each person that joins to find the positives in their day and share them with the team.
Blogging is a great way of doing this and you can also do this by joining in our chatter in the Chit Chat lounge.
Guidelines for positive blogging:
You may mention a negative from your day, but you must counter it with finding a positive.
Example: I went over my calorie intake today and am mad at myself (negative), I went over my calorie intake today, but I am now mindful and learning about healthy eating habits. (positive). Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better (positive affirmation).
By sharing the positives, you will find that your attitude changes and your focus shifts to seeing all the good that surrounds you. You will learn to love yourself and by loving yourself, you become a positive influence in the lives of others.
You can blog on your home page and if you have your settings set so that others may see, then your blogs will show up on the right hand side of the team page. Others can then click on them to read them and comment. (Please be encouraging when you comment on someone's blogs)
