I don't know..... parts of it sound like Sparkpeople and things we've read over and over again, protein, fiber, fruits and veggies. Like the line that reads "Every food, snack or meal that you eat in this phase will be filled with nutrition for the body," which is the way it should be. No empty calories!!!
Another one: "filling you up with healthy fats, lean meats and vegetables while allowing you to enjoy some wine with your dinner." Again, just sounds like a nice healthy lifestyle and everything in moderation.
Then parts of it are scary, like losing 26lbs in 21 day, that's too much! And no real emphasis on fitness, says not to do too much, "Endless hours of cardio are discouraged because they arenít as effective as weight control sessions that surprise the body like high intensity interval training, also known as HIIT or weight training."
And nothing about water?
I wouldn't try it, I like what I'm doing now, eating good-for-you foods, staying within my calories for the day, and regular exercise. This seems to be working for me. But maybe it'll work for you???
