Happy New Year! I love your questions. I dunno how good I am at being gentle with myself - my self-talk gets pretty negative sometimes. I'm being good to my body and it continues to spoil me. And I am very active in my community in formal, organized ways. I need to pay more attention to my personal relationships; especially with making peace with the failure of my marriage (six years ago) and finding healthy ways to fill that void.
