It seems like this group is kind of dead. I can't think of a better support group than a bunch of Mormon women. (I can't think of a BUSIER group of women then Mormon Moms). That is probably why this group is dying.
But I thought I'd send out a call for support/inspiration. I just found out I am sensitive to Gluten and also must get off dairy, eggs, and soy for at least 3 months. I am having a hard time finding stuff to feed my family.
I hate meal planning, etc. So I thought I'd ask for some inspiration.
Anyone else in a similar spot, or know any good resourses on planning around just fruits, veggies, meat, rice, and corn (and potatoes) etc. There is A LOT I can eat... it's just finding recipes that DO NOT have dairy, eggs, and soy in them.
