Today I changed my eating plan back to basic for a week or too, just to shake things up a bit.

(I am on an eating plan for health issues, there is a basic part and then a follow up maintenance part).

I do not eat refined sugar but I do eat fruit, and I need to get the backlog of sugar out of my system, a couple of weeks on basic should do it I hope.

Have a good healthy day.

Hugs Wispy.

Wispy, that sounds nice, I have long hair, and I always feel prettier when I have it done up nicely - sadly I don't do it very often,

ZOITSA I think it's great you were able to take a break and get the rest you needed! I'm glad you had a place you could go to get away.

To take care of myself today, I am watching TV, playing online, and not doing any errands, chores, phone calls, etc., in fact, I'm still in my PJ's.

I finally did something for myself. I went away to a friends house for a week. I slept for a solid two days. Didnt eat,go to bathroom or anything. I worked on a project, that I wanted to complete and did so.. I am back to my old self. I needed the rest.

I did something nice for me today which always makes me feel happy.

I did my hair in a style I like, it is quite long so I can change it about and I put my drop ear rings in.

This was for no one else except myself. It makes me feel good to be looking as well as I can.

Here's a thread to post what you did to take care of yourself today. Planning to do something every day is a good way to reinforce the truth that you are worth taking care of! You can post as often as you wish, you may be doing something others haven't thought of, this is a way to support youself and each other.
