I am going to begin my daily food journal on my blog and will add photographs occasionally.

I add a small amount (between 4 and 6 oz) of water. You would be surprised how much liquid comes out of the orange and the cucumber and I like my smoothies fairly thick like a milk shake consistency. I think I tried almond milk once, but not with a citrus and banana makes it creamy.

HiI. Currious about your green smoothie. I have added spiniach before but to a milk and berry one. What do you mix all that with- just water? Do you add ice and on the chai- in what form

Going to try again.

B - Green smoothie (kale, spinach, banana, orange, strawberries, chia, water, cucumber), morning drink of ACV, POM and lemon juice
L - Salad (kale, Romaine, red kidney beans, yellow bell pepper, hummus, salsa, flax)
S - Celery and hummus
D - Sauteed chard and onions, zucchini, carrots, mixed greens

One thing that helps me stay on track is journaling (or posting) my daily foods. I am going to post my foods and occasionally pictures here. I will try to do it most days and would love for people to join me.

L - Egg, egg white & chard omlet, Sunflower wheat bread toast
S - pear, 2 olives, peanuts, celery & hummus
